sponsorship page. You will provide us with up to 250 words about
your service plus a logo (120 x 60) and we will publish your page along
with a link to your web site.

We will publish a either a 120 x 60 image or animated gif
featuring your logo or advert and link this directly to your website.
Our
news letter is sent weekly on a Wednesday. We can also
publish a text link to your website on the newsletter.
Our currently newsletter reaches 3000+ opt-in subscribers.

Event Stand Sponsorship
Bring your
brand to our event by sponsoring a stand. As a Stand sponsor
you will have the opportunity to promote your product and
service to our clients. We will ensure your stand is
positioned in a high traffic area of the venue to guarantee
maximum exposure.
• Bring a pop-up stand or use venue furnishings.
• Sponsorship includes 3 staff passes
• Distribute promotional materials.
• Your logo on the delegate badges.

Full Event Sponsorship - Maximum Exposure!
Our leading sponsorship package. As an event sponsor you
will receive the following benefits:
• Website - Prominent branding and 75 word corporate
profile on the specific event page on our website
• Email newsletter
- Prominent branding and a 50 word
profile on all e-newsletter in the run up to the event

Event Stand - Space to erect a stand at within the
event to distribute promotional materials
• Speaking slot
- 5 minutes speaking slot at the
beginning of the event to address the delegates

- Your logo printed in colour on the delegate
badges
• Event Achieve - Your web link and
write-up will remain on our website within the archive
section. You will therefore have a permanent link from our

Full Event Sponsorship - £650
Rates can be negotiated on any combination of the above

Payments & Cancellations
Payments for all email must be received either by credit
card, bank transfer or cheque before the advertisement is
placed. We will advise on copy deadlines on booking.
Payments for event stands or event sponsorship must be
received no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee is made on
any cancelled event sponsorship or stand.
