Original Group are aware of the degree of concern that people feel about buying online.

We therefore undertake to provide an easy-to-use, secure and reliable service. All of our online payments are processed by WorldPay and payments are encrypted using 128 bit secure technology. Currently 128 bit technology is the most secure available, however our security is under constant review so should further measures become available we endeavour to offer the most secure payment systems available.

All your personal information will be encrypted, and every transaction that you make will be fully protected from any possible fraudulent threats and abuse.

We do not store your credit/card details. These are simply used once by our bank to process your transaction.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by writing to us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
