Our cancellation policy is
fully dependant on the notice period you provide us with
prior to the event. We can only accept
cancellation/alternative event requests via email.
Please send requests to
info@original.gb.com.
If you cannot attend an
event please notify us. We can reschedule bookings
provided we receive more than 24 hours notice.
Cancellation/refund
requests received 5 days or more prior to the event date
can be refunded minus a £10.00 GBP administration
charge.
Cancellation/refund
requests received between 5-1 days prior to the event
cannot be refunded however we are able to offer you a
credit to attend another available event of the same
value as your original booking.
Original Networks reserves
the right to postpone events or change venues and start
times up until the day of the event. It is highly
unlikely that we will have to ever exercise this right.
In the unlikely event we
should have to postpone/cancel the event you will be
offered a full refund or the opportunity to select an
alternative event or the same value. |
