How do I place a booking for an Original
Networks event?
There are three ways in which you may
place a booking for our events. The easiest and quickest way for most
people is online via our secure booking system. Simply navigate to our
homepage and click on the link relevant to the event you are interested
in. You will then be directed to our payment provider WorldPay.
We accept all major credit/debit cards including Amex, Visa, MasterCard
and Switch.
You call also book over the phone. Call us on 0870
7447 885.
We also accept payment by cheque sent to
the address on our contacts
page. Please make any cheques payable to Original Group. Please
ensure you include your full contact details in your covering letter
plus the date of the event you wish to attend.
We can provide a full receipt of
payment either via email, fax or post.
How long in advance do I have to book?
It's always advisable to book well in
advance at speed networking events can sell out very quickly. We would
recommend at least three days prior to the event date however last
minute bookings will sometimes be accepted.
Can I book for more than one person?
Yes. However for multiple person bookings we advise calling our customer services line on
0870 7447 885 to do
this. You can of course book online however you will have to input each
booking separately as our system currently does not support multiple
bookings.
More than one person per company can
attend.
What happens after I book?
If you have booked online you will
automatically receive an email from our payment processor Worldpay to confirm your payment has
been received. Within one business day you will also receive an email
confirmation from which is your entry ticket to the event. Simply print
this off and take it with you on the night.
Do you send out tickets?
No. To maintain efficiency and to keep our
prices competitive we do not send
out physical tickets. Your confirmation will come via email. If for any
reason you didn't receive confirmation please
contact us.
Is it possible to get a refund?
Tickets for Original Networks events are
non-refundable. However if you are able to give us 48 hours notice that you
cannot attend we will be able to transfer your booking to another event.
